If I quit/get fired and don't go to work for the 3 months I'm supposed to, what's the worst that could happen?

Regardless of whether I'm Kuwaiti or non-Kuwaiti.

Your question doesn’t even make any sense...

How does it not make sense?

After termination/quitting, the labor law says that you must still work for 3 months. My question is what will happen if I don't show up.

You could pay them, 3 months salary and not go at all. Then legally they cannot do anything. But if they refuse to take the money then nothing can be done, you will have to go to work, and if you don't go it could result in an ugly legal drama.
