In every Co-op in area there is a big yellow drop-in container that i think belongs to alzakat house.

You can try any of the below:

Operation Hope
Salvation Army
Embassies and Shelters - Like Philippine Embassy, Srilankan Embassy or others.

The Catholic Churches (City and elsewhere) no longer accept old clothes.

You could try Second Chance: https://www.instagram.com/secondchanceq8/
Or try the animal shelters like Kspath to see if they could use anything specific that you have.

H&M in marina has a big box these days to drop off used clothes behind the register in the men's section. I am not sure if its there in all the H&Ms.
