Having struggles with a good connection for gaming in Jabriya. Curious what others are using currently.

It is sad that people default to telecom companies when referring to internet companies. MOC get off your asses, speed up the country-wide fiber roll-out, and UPDATE YOUR COPPER.

all the same, all of them using TATA route to connect us us to the world.
TATA communicationis the worst provider in the word some times working fine for just few hours and than bye bye,, they have low ping/latency but the packet loss always high, TATA is the cheapest provider in thw rold that's why all Kuwait companies signed with that crap company, TATA based in India and than China and than Singapore with high latency or there is Hub in Jeddah,, it's not in Jeddah it's just a name,, most to users though this is Jeddah but it's not.

so for me! i found the best provider is Zain Group they have Telia route and Telia is #1 in the world, but we can't get that route from Zain Group because it's for LTE which is shit too LOL.

It depends .. you should ask people in your area.

If you're going down the 4G LTE route I suggest you do the following:
1. Get a good 4G router, I picked up a 40 KD Netgear from Xcite which didn't need any configuration.
2. Pass by the three companies and pick up the cheapest prepaid data SIM you can get.
3. Test all three SIMs and see which one is the fastest and stick with that.
4. Download an app called OpenSignal and test your 4G connection in different parts of your apartment and once you find the best signal, that's where you place your router.

Also for gaming or video streaming, you should hook up a line from the router to the device, don't rely on wifi.
