Vinegar is a natural way to get rid of bed bugs, or at least until you can come up with a long-lasting solution.
Spray directly onto bed bugs.
Wash sheets and blankets with vinegar.

90%???  Did you just pull that out of your ass?  More like, you are the ONLY ONE that has bedbugs.

Well.. If he says 90% maybe his/her ass has been visited by quite a bit of the population..

bed bugs are hard to get rid off  eewww never seen one but i heard if you keep the bed out in the sun it will just die they cant withstand the heat especially here in Kuwait.

but if you ask me i think its much better if you just get a new bed and clean you place . make sure you do it fast because it spreads really quick...

First you need to determine where they are in your place. Are they only on the beds? Or is your whole apartment/house infested. It makes a difference.

Call an exterminator. Bedbugs are nasty little creatures, but are also very hard to get rid of.

Put mattress outside under our lovely sun .. You could steam all of them also and some suggest to use LED bulb (2700K) it will attract them away.

I advise you to not call a company because they will not care about your health , their main goal is to solve the problem no matter what is the toxic cost.
