Anyone with Ooredoo here and having issues with the bill?

For starters, the link "view bill" on their website isn't working for the past couple of months! Made several complains to (the worst ever) Customer Care as well. They don't even understand that the problem is for ALL post-paid users of their website, not just me.

Haven't been getting the bill on email either and have spent hours on the phone with them and its pretty useless. Had to walk into their store and ask for a print-out (yeah its 2017!) and well, what do you know? There have been several over-charges on their recently introduced "free ooredoo calls, sms"..! Had do challenge the bill and get the amounts credited back.
