Travelling with baby carrier?

asked Nov 20, 2017 in Personal by First Time Mom
Me & my husband will be travelling with my infant twins for the first time - we wanted to know if we are allowed to take them with us in the baby carriers? There won't be any problem at the airport security / check point?

We DIDN'T manage to get the front seats on the plane (so no bassinets for our babies) and we were wondering if our babies could stay in their carriers during the flight?

Any experienced input would be greatly appreciated!

In terms of security, they would not care. On the plane, as far as I know airline regulations permit baby carriers to be fastened in their own seat, they have to have their own seats. If they don't, the carriers will be taken and stowed in the baggage like they do for big strollers.

Be wary though that flight crew may be misinformed or unknowledgeable in these situations.

well  are the baby carriers foldable or compactabile  ? the crew could fold it and keep it somewhere? better call up the local air line office and ask for advice
