Avian Vet in Kuwait?

asked Nov 30, 2017 in Animals by Sarah
Hello, does anyone know where I can take my pet parrot for veterinary care? I tried the Royal Animal Hospital and they said they don’t have a doctor for birds. Does anyone know anywhere else that’s safe and reliable for my bird?

Hey Sarah,

You should've walked out there, and have gone to the next building. Like Literally The next building.
You'd find the Al Dohama veterinary Hospital  there :

I'm pretty sure they do almost all kinds of Birds. I've seen everything  from Macaws, Cockatoos, and Lovebirds to even Hawks and Falcons get their treatment there.

Also I'm not 100 % about IVH, but I believe they do birds too.

Good Luck with your Bird. Cheers.

I would like to find that out myself. Looking for my birds too.  Royal Animal Hospital used to have one, British lady, very good. She left Kuwait, then they had someone from Philippines who seemed to be good too. Have been talking to him only once. He too left. Now I am not sure where to find avian vets at all.
Most people here do not even bother taking their bird to the vet. I will keep checking and if I fiind something, I will let you know. Christine
