Don't want to accept a shipment from Aramex - any tips?

asked Dec 3, 2017 in Other by Kuwait (4,470 points)
An international airline has shipped some gifts to us in Kuwait - they are airline branded items like T-shirts and Mugs and each probably not worth more than a few KD.

Thing is they have shipped like 4 items separately via Aramex who are now asking ~4KD per package.

This is ridiculous LOL, why on earth would I pay for a GIFT? That too more for "clearance" than its actual worth!

Can I refuse the shipment?

Did you order it via Shop & Ship? Or did they directly send it via Aramex?

I didn't order anything.

The airline just shipped it to Kuwait via Aramex.

why not check with the airline people why aramex is asking you charges if it is a gift , plus the airline should have shipped with all charges covered at least when gifting.. .check with airline if you can send it back..
