Customs duty for Kuwait is 5% flat on the invoice value.

Are you importing direct? If yes, it will probably land up at the International Mail Post Office (I only know the one in Khaitan, there may be others).

If you are getting it via a freight forwarder (PostaPlus, Aramex Shop&Ship, MyUS etc.) then they do the clearance for you and deliver at home.

No, it's not 5%.

Do you have an English version of the above document?

I was told by freight forwarders that Kuwait charges 5% customs irrespective of the consignment value (e.g. in Bahrain, upto US$ 100 can be imported free of duty)
