You can apply for a drivers license if you are a housewife who has children and whose husbands already hold driving licenses

If your name really is Kate, and your appearance matches the name, just go to the general traffic department and specifically request to speak with the head of the traffic department (He is a big shot Colnel).  Explain nicely, and he will most probably issue you a license.  Once again only do this if your name really is Kate and you look like a Kate.

Don’t dismiss this suggestion.  It WORKS.

Ask friends for a taxi driver that they would recommend. Use their services, you quickly learn how much a journey should cost and there are many honest drivers that you can call or message.

Why don't you work in a nursery or English teacher?

I looked up the app used the fare calculator, estimated the price it would take for my usual route. It said 2kd which usually the price the taxi says too, in the beginning, to bullshit people and then I say 1.250 kd and then they say ok (we both know that's the actual price so we cut to the chase).I don't know I am sceptical, it's basically uber overpriced taxis. If she doesn't want to be ripped off by taxis who charge less why get ripped off even more by that app.

There are very less things to enjoy alone.  But I have few suggestions to make your time valuable:
Walk around different direction everyday
Say Hi to people
Speak with them
Give them moral support

I’ll give you linguistic support.

Very ‘few’ things.  NEVER very ‘less’ things.

Hire a personal driver, they're not that expensive maybe in the 50-200 KD range per month which is useful and much cheaper depending on how much you want to go out.I'd justify it if you go out atleast 20 times per month but if it's less and you don't want to ride disgusting buses. Why not try and strike a deal with a taxi agency, a membership of sorts which would be much cheaper than you're own personal driver.I think lots of taxi agencies offer it.
